A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”

- John 13:34-35

We welcome all people to come and engage in thoughtful healing conversation about God’s love through Christ, in worship, music, communion, faith formation, and service to our neighbors.

We are guided by the principles set forth in 1 Cor. 13: 4-7, allowing them to be our compass for interaction.

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

Celebrating Life Together

12 For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ. 13 For in the one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—Jews or Greeks, slaves or free—and we were all made to drink of one Spirit —1 Corinthians 12:12

We at Messiah believe that each person’s baptismal experience is a call to live a life of authentic beauty with God and with others, as we are empowered through the activity of the Holy Spirit to proclaim Christ, care for others and the world, and work for justice and peace.

We share this rich calling by creating space for God’s people, you, to join us in cultivating faithful opportunities to proclaim Christ and participate in the joy of the community, celebrating God’s blessings with us.

“Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never be hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.”

John 6:35

The table of Christ’s hospitality is open to all.

Welcome! We look forward to seeing you.
